I hear the noise more when in neutral . When I push the clutch in gets much quitter also when I am at a high rpm andleft off the throttle.

Oil seal on trans transfer case and/or diff propeller/driveshaft mating flange oil seal.

Changed the oil on the trans lately? Checked the trans oil level?

I am pretty sure its my pilot bearing I was told wrong about how to install. and I set it too far back
