i didnt asssociate a vibration with the tire chirp while turning. it feels pretty rough especially at low speeds. high speeds its not bad. but its bad enough to where mike does not want to dd the car anymore.

here i thought you welded the diff on yours.
i run the spool that you and i discussed and i enjoyed driving it to and from work for a week. i just didn't want to put anymore wear on the car. i took allen parkway to and from work. that run is a great little trip. i suppose it depends on what people are use to and prefer.

yep, i checked out that mini spool! its an 8 bolt right?
trying to find a ring and pinion for it cause theres a little scoring on them both causing the gears to whine a little.
but at low speeds it feels like its trying to pull the rear end out of the car!
i told him i would take it and swap mine with him if he really dont like it but he's yet to accept.

It looks like you cant really win. Aaron and I just installed LSD's in our cars (Cusco in his, Kaaz in mine) and at parking lot speeds they are MISERABLE. The clunk and groan so much that you almost think "This CANT be right", but every single one Ive heard sounds like that, so I guess its how its supposed to be.

how are you getting this vibration that is so bad you dont want to drive it?
I have mine welded when it was up and i never had vibration tht bad. I mean it was a little but not bad bad. i mean when I came to a stop and turned the wheels to the left or right and took of rooling slowly the wheel on the opposite side from where I was turnoing wo uld (chirp , hop , bounce) cause it now is turning the same speed as the tire on the turnin side. But only funny sounds or weird noises I had was the ones that i was getting when I reversed. I had a big (CLUNK , CLUNK) Like when you drive does your steering wheel shake or when you shift hard like the rear end pop alittle know what I mean?

cut the wheel from a dead stop and slowly let out the clutch WITHOUT gas and you will get what im saying.
that makes me feel 100% better that the lsd do it too!

2 ways are almost similar to spools. they're clunky because they're just aggressive.
at parking speeds my spooled setup clunks, jumps, chirps, burps and farts.
