Hi everyone, we need to know how many of you would be seriously interested in a drop in adapter kit for the W58 into the AE86. Such a piece would be precision CNC cut from billet aluminum, would be super lightweight, and would be a very easy drop in requiring no chasis or engine bay modification.

Price is very very tentative at this point... but since I know it will the #1 question on everyone's mind... we're hoping to be able to sell such a kit for about $200.00 if we go into mass production with this kit in 2010.

Please respond here if you're seriously interested in seeing something like this reach the production phase.

I responded on Club4AG, but figured I'd respond here too. I would LOVE to see this part. My T-50 is slowly dying - it grinds and i hear funny noises from it all the time. W58 is next!

I'll be doing a right up on my install soon. Whats really crazy is if you get the trans out of a celica with the front half of the drive shaft all you need is the trans adapter and a new trans mount the driveshaft fits just like stock with no modification.
