I totally remember this 86. The owner (Andrew IIRC) brought it into NST when I was there a few years ago. I started the work on it. The machine work was all done by me and Eddie Conrad at Conrad Engines. Will took over from there after I left for more stable work.

Hello I'm selling my 1986 Toyota Corolla AE86 with a fully built motor.
The motor has only 50 miles on it and the chassis is in pristine condition although their are some dents and rust as you can see in the pictures.
IT RUNS! the only flaw is that the fan needs to be re-wired in order to control it on and off, otherwise it work as long as you plug the wire in the battery.
bought a new battery on 1/23/2013 duralast platinum.
Motor has been built and tuned by Will Parson from NST (Non Stop Tuning)
This is made for drifting! I've invested $5,000 into the motor and I don't have the time or money to take care of the car anymore.

if you're interested please call 713-425-9557 no text please.
it is located at 9567 Addicks-Howell Road zip code is 77083
I was wondering when it would show up on Craigslist or Houston-Imports.com.

Fully built motor LOL. Seriously dude?

Tuned with only 50miles on it. It's going to need to be broken in and then retuned. FYI

I'm sorry the prices on these car are just getting ridiculous.

It's sporting Carillo pistons, Godspeed H-beam rods, ARP head studs, ACL bearings, HKS valve springs, Colt Cam camshafts, oil galleys in the crank (42mm) had the ball bearing seals removed and then tapped and hex plug screws set. The crank was modified to induce better laminar oil flow where there was a 90° turn in the galley.

The pistons and rods all came within .4-.5 grams of each other. Here's the original thread of the build.

The rings were gapped for boost (top ring .019"/.49mm & second ring .020"/.52mm)

Just fyi I didn't put this motor together and I didn't "tune" it. Its still using the factory ecu and afm. All I did was install the long block and connect everything to make it run. It has a lot of nice parts in it but I don't see it being worth 7 k

Well long time that I have not been on here but I will be taking this home with me.

Not buying it bc of all the bs, but buying it bc it was my first car.

so its more of sentimental value.

I plan on going with the Jonas plan of doing it right and making it my daily. I would like to get AC in it so If you have any questions please let me know.
