I have a running and driving 1983 RWD Toyota Corolla Station wagon with 116,000 miles. 4AC motor, automatic transmission. The A/C stopped blowing cold air so there is probably a freon leak in the system. When the motor is cold, the car has a hard time starting with out a spray of carb starter. Once the engine is warmed up, the car will start without any problems. An inexpensive carb rebuild would remedy this. The transmission does leak fluid around the pan and needs to be refilled every couple of days. If you are looking for a beater or you know what you are looking at and want a project, this car is a good choice. This is an example of an old corolla wagon in good shape for a fair price. THE WHEELS DO NOT COME WITH THE CAR. You will receive the car on 13" steadies w/ dry rotted tires. Both registration and inspection stickers are good until spring/summer of 2014.
