WTB AE86 GTS Hatch. Cash in hand! I come to you!!

I'm located in Phoenix Arizona. I have $4000 cash in hand, and I'm looking for a GTS Hatch.
Must be hatch.
GTSR5 conversions are okay as long as they are done right.
Exterior condition not important.
Interior condition more important.
Must be running.
Better if it has AC.
This will be a daily driver initially, but will be revamped into a sleeper/project car when my other car is finished.
