swapped out the exhaust on the 86...
Here's the old shit that came with the car when I bought it.... loud...annoying... sounded like shit!
Soooooo I bought some cheap Stainless Steel exhaust from OBX Thanks to Lattanzi for pointing it out. It was $260 shipped... which I was kind of worried about the quality of the exhaust. Said screw it, and ordered it. ANYTHING should be better than the crap that was on it. Old school bends, holes, and it was stepped up from the cat from stock size to the 2 1/4" or whatever size the old crap was. Anyways I got it 5 days later, and actually was impressed with it. After cutting the old stuff off the OBX system bolted together pretty easily. It's an over axle setup as well. I also have quite a bit of clearance to go "low" if I wanted to. The hangers matched up perfectly as well. Needless to say for being "cheap" exhaust it seems to be pretty good quality too! Tucks up pretty close to the chassis as well! I'll see how long it lasts... lol
I also have been trying to get everything lined up and running so when I do move soon-ish I can hopefully get everything moved. soooo here is what I got running last week. Also talking about "low" This lays frame....

That OBX exhaust works for me and especially for $260. That's miles above the original exhaust.
When you coming down to join our brood Chris!? Come on down for our 8/6 weekend celebration!

That thing totally needs a plate that says "MUF DVR"!
I have that same exhaust, the SS turned all crazy rainbow colors after a few events from the heat coming off the doritos which looks cool as hell but no longer keeps my car too quite and I have blow all the gaskets a few times. Either way, does it's job. Fit's pretty decent, over-axle is the way to go!
