my 86 gts coupe

Post by mooreofit »

i bought this car about two years ago in horrible condition for $800 bucks at a hole in the wall dealership with no title.

the front end was wrecked, the hood, both fenders and the headlights where toast. also the radiator support took quite a beating. so i beat it strait again.

here's a bad front end shot.

so i found an sr5 at the junkyard and threw the front end on. i beat everything into place!!!

i also stole the gas door too.

this will also give you an idea of how bad the body was.

the project sat for a year or so while i concentrated on another corolla. but then i met you guys and it lit a fire under my beehind.

it's 'bout time alan.

those wheels, they resemble centerlines to me.

what's the status on the car thus far in regards to running?

p.s. take a close look at the rear quarter right behind the door , you can see how big that dent is in the picture. theres one more above that dent below the window.

theres a million little ones in the door and one big one below the stripe moulding.

the otherside of the car had 4-5 major dents!!!! i didnt get any pics. also the driver doors lock was ripped out and the trunk lock. also shaved the rear turn signal side markers.

and the rear has the same dent in the corner as aarons car. did i say has? i ment had.
