Pace yourself like others have suggested. You're off to a good start.

finding one in good condition is like half the battle lol the rest is saving up little by little and restoring it

yea i know, im pretty lucky. when i bought it, i bought it for $1500, running with a bluetop in it. and cam gears with bucket seats new carpet and primered... i went ahead and took care of all the oil leaks. and replaced the battery, cleaned the valve cover, new spark plugs new wires, new distributor. basiciallty all the important stuff first,, the previous owner did alot to it. new fuel pump new injectors the stupid k&n filter. then thats when i bought the body kit and put it on myself, i did pretty good, didnt know it was going to be easy to put on.. im saving the motor for last...
