it won't turn on and all fuses are good/plugs plugged in.... any thoughts?

it dosent turn on unless the afm door is opening while your trying to start its not like other cars where you can hear it run when you put the key in the on position. I would suggest you crack the fuel line and push the afm door open with your hand and see if your getting any fuel. Also make sure your check engine light comes on with all the othe dash lights when you turn the key to the on position

last step get a volt meter then hook up see if there a voltage at fuel pump.
If there is voltage at pump and it not working. Try new pump see if it work.
If there is no voltage check voltage at the fuse.
Is there other component that not working?

as long as the check engine light is not working nothing will happen you have to find why the ecu is not turning on

will be checking the ecu after work and if that doesn't show anything i'm going to rick's and plugging it into another 86....

the power wires going to the 14pin ecu plug weren't getting power kind of like you were saying will.
we just put a switch to the wires and gave them power. should i run the high comp injectors since i'm running a little higher compression?

I dont know Im running stock blue top injectors and im around 10.8 to 1
