AC Cooling Unit

Does anyone know the difference between the different units? I have two cooling units and they both have different wiring harnesses that plug into them. One has two relays built onto it and the other doesnt with less plugs. The one with the relays has an extra plug that my car has the matching plug to plug it into but Im not sure what exactly it does.

I'll take pics monday to show them side by side. I thought there was only one model not multiple.

ive found that the SR5 and GTS air con units are different. They have different AC Amplifiers among other things i think.

I wonder if it will still work or not. Guess I may be putting in the other unit I have since it appears to have the correct plugs for it. It was dirtier than the SR5 unit so I just put that one in. Good thing it only has a few screws holding it in.
