how 'bout like this board style?

it places our screen names and avatars back on the left and looks to separate posts more definitively.

I'll get that. Our forums are the newest version so not every theme support this version (yet) but I'll customize it. ^_^

Wider is cool, quick reply is much better, definitely needs a new color scheme. The blues are too close to each other to tell the difference between posts like you say. I do like the peoples names/avatars better on the left though.
