Clearance issue I was speaking of. Brake booster is in the way of the downpipe. Ive emailed them about this as they said it wouldnt be a problem.

lame! sorry 'bout that chris. you can see if a brake booster from a starlet might fit the bill. you'll have to re-drill the fire wall. it's narrower but thicker. see if that might work or try boosterless...(scary for daily driving).

damn that sucks. i really was hoping to get the top mount manifold. that booster is going to get hot. does toyota have a hydroboost system?

May have solved the problem. CXRacing apparently has a newer style manifold that sits higher and angles toward the motor more in the back. They are sending me a new manifold to try out to see if it will work for me. All free of charge too I might add! I emailed them and they got back to me the next morning and had it worked out. So far two thumbs up for their customer service.

Not sure yet, waiting on the "new" manifold to show up then I can make a decision.
