Finished trimming the bumper. All you can see is the shiny intercooler. Just need a tranny mount, driveshaft, new manifold and water lines and I think she is ready to roll. Oh and finish my megasquirt wiring. Solenoid is wired in already.

I know I know, its a tiny intercooler. Its not always about size!! :P

It will have very little pressure drop due to size.

I hope it doesnt rain too much tomorrow, I really wanna get the water lines routed and done. Everything is finally coming together. Lets just hope I dont hit anymore snags. I do have to wait until March for my exhaust to come in though. Shipping from Japan is such a pain.

I wouldnt call my self an authority on any boost setups, but this one sure has made me learn quite a bit. Now lets just see if it will run! Im thinking next week I'll be to the point where I can start it up finally.

it will run just great. those ebay turbos hold up pretty good. theres a ve table on diy that would run your car just fine. they have an msq for a t25 4age bluetop with stock injectors and another with 440cc. should be good enough to get you to the tuners.when do you see it firing up?

If I get my DB15 cable in early in the week I dont see why I cant start it up this coming week. I still dont have my driveshaft stuff taken care of yet though so it wont be driveable until I do so.

Yeah I have both of those starter maps, I actually created the base stock bluetop map they use.
Their 440 map is perfect for my setup and hopefully will get it running ok so I can take it back to the dyno.

Im going to start at 10 and work my way up until I reach 80% of the injectors or the turbo cuts out. (my guess is turbo first) Just depends on how the car feels at certain power levels and if everything holds up. But for now Im just gonna start small and work there. If I can get 200whp I may just stop and be happy, but I imagine the bug will get me again. But for now thats the plan.
