1983 Corolla AE72 Convertible
1983 Corolla AE72 Convertible
Yeah unfortunatlly I don't have the space for it... and do to a few bad things happening and my 4ag now gone...low funds and a few other things going south I have to get rid of it.
Its got the exact same drivetrain as a AE86, just looks like a TE, aka AE72 on the body vin. It currently has a 4AC that leaks oil from cam seal and crank seal but not really bad, it doesn't run very well as far as 4AC's go. It has a ok T50 tranny and open diff sr5 drum rearend. It needs new seats and a new top, some body work.
It can be sold running or non running, with it running/driving I am looking for $1000. With it missing the carb/adaptor plate (the weber setup was $300) I'm looking for $800 OBO. It has Baby supra 14X6 wheels in the front with used NT66 Toyo's with 30-40% tread left (P195-45R14) and a set of 14'' gt-s pizza cutters and a set of cresida mesh I believe. The lower hose has been replaced and the battery was replaced a year ago. It has a collector pipe off the stock exhaust manifold to a glasspack muffler and then it ends just after the drivers seat under the car.

I don't have money to fix up the corolla right now and I don't want to do it ghetto. I hate 240's. . The corolla isn't even at my house... I'm just down because my 4ac deal didn't work out, I lost my 4age to impounding. I would like to keep the corolla out my house but the owner of the house does not want it there, if I had a place for it to hold it for a while, like 6-8 months then I would possibly keep it. Storage for 6-8 months is $350+. While it is the funnest drift car I've ever had I still want the toyota I wanted before hand to drift. The best thing for me to do is to sell it.
I love my beetles, so continue the pointless trash talk. Hell make a thread about it.
