i try the one i have on..i got the fan to turn on.as for the muffler i got one all i need is the header but will have to wait a couple of weeks to buy one... :D

Well today was a great day for me i actually got to take my car for a spin and it work nice... Nice long ride and and it ran really good.. will post pics later.....

yes i put fresh gas but it still backfires and wont idle could that be the jets or what could it be ? it runs great but backfires...

has these carbs ran on this car before with no issues?

if youve had your motor apart i would check over your cam timing and your ignition timing. then go to carbs. also if you can get it to idle just fine on starting fluid then its in the carb.

Its the first time i have put them on with Jonas help of course.. it runs great got it on the highway and it runs but at a light if i dont press on the gas it will die and backfires a little...

sounds like jetting issue's of the timing is running off a bit.sucks jonas is kinda busy lately.

yeah i know he is extra busy.. well i messed around with it an got the air to work along with the tach and the rest of the lights... Still need to find out what wrong with the headlights to make them work. I also order some jets and hopefully it works out..

well i found out that one of the venturis on the carbs came loose and maybe thats why it was acting up. So, i took the carbs of to clean them and wait on some idle jets and fix the venturi and hopefully it runs again.

are you referring to the inner large venturi's or the smaller venturi's that "sort of" float in the middle of the larger one?
