
Tapped and cleaned the oil passages in the crank.

Plugged up.

Each one of the pistons and rods along with pins were all within .4-.5 grams of each other fresh out of the box. That's solid manufacturing for you.
the previous machine shop that was suppose to dunk the block a while back did that. i've been building this block since then at an actual engine performance machine shop.daveskatesallday wrote:did you spray the side of the block black??

I agree, it's definitely due to the 42mm crank difference being the primary cause. I'm hoping to get a hold of a 7A bottom end to do the same work to and raise the rpm range safely to 8k-9k.mooreofit wrote:i bet its cuz of the 42mil crank.those are identical to the belfabs so im sure they have the same issue too with the 42mm stuff and require fitment. if those godspeeds would have been out at the time of my build i would have got them instead.
