fun factor highly out weighs the gas issue.....

i drive mine daily and it's not too bad

ya well right now i get about 8 miles to the gallon in my truck so i think one of these would be better lol for me good is like 20 - 25 mpg

really? any 240 i seen was in decent condition and was pretty fun esp the twin cams 240's take wayyyyy less work than an 86 lol but i'd keep my 86 even if it were just sitting there

Welcome good sir. I have the single cam carb SR5 and I get 25mpg highway

yea, mines a twin cam KA, it may be just me, but mine is a pain in the ass to work on, i also think the car hates me too hahaha
once the 86 is runnin, the 240 is history!

haha maybe there is always one evil car here or there one of my friends had a twin cam and drove that thing everywhere and was simple to work on when needed but yea 86 ftw
