12A-AE86 build thread

So I just got back, and I see that NY SUCKS!!! shitty roads, nasty air.

But that aside, I made it home with the corolla. And it only cost me a transmission.... the guy forgot he didnt put any oil in it. It started making a HORRIBLE noise about 300miles into the trip.

Here are current pics. Ill take some better ones tomorrow.

notice it has an evo exhaust.... ill get to that later. Just by the looks of it, it wont be loud enough for my liking.

Can you say ghetto? I was trying sooooooo hard to pull the nut off the flywheel, but the wrench kept slipping off, so I thougt, why dont we weld it on? Great, but I found out you cant weld to hardened steel. So we fully welded a 6ft 3/8X2 piece of bar.
That did the trick.
Also found my stuck apex seal from sitting fo so long.

YES i have a kouki and that's why i like them... i'm just saying i wish they would've done it to a zenki. nevermind
