i love that. now how does that translate to transportation applications and the cost? can you build buss' trains ect. or would it not be cost effective?

i dunno... thats alot of load to put on a motor, not to mention a poor means of forced induction. heat city. see eaton owners here.

I'm no expert on the motor (we haven't seen one in full daily action yet) but it resembles a 2 stroker to me. Hopefully it has good cooling in its plans: water galleys, jackets, 2 row rad, etc...

i just dunno. it would be best run of deisel with super high comp ratio to better utilize the amount of compressed air in the tank. and solve the firing after tdc issue. never seen a two stroke deisel though.
