NC stepmom charged in disabled girl's killing

Elisa Baker. stepmother of Zahra Clare Baker, was indicted Monday, Feb. 21, 2011 on a second-degree murder charge in the girl's death. Elisa Baker had previously been charged with obstructing justice in the investigation of Zahra Baker's death. The 10-year-old was reported missing in October, and police later found her remains in different locations in western North Carolina.

I always like the strap them down idea and slowly burn away there toes and fingers first. Then move on to ears, nose and other non killing ways before the all hell breaks lose and then just kill them off to await the other side punishment.

I mean for God's sake, she suffered through cancer, was fitted for a hearing aid, prosthetic limbs and all before even 10 years old. From previous reports, she was mistreated inspite of her illness and hardships. God damn those people. Look at her: she's a sweetheart and these God forsaken monsters took her joy away and then her life. AAAAAAAARGHHHHHH! How I wish she was rescued. God damn it!

And Adam Baker is an utterly useless and poor excuse for a father. What kind of a father keeps a loving mother (Emily Dietrich) away from her child and most of all FAILS TO PROTECT HIS CHILDREN! A shit bag of douche is what! As far as I'm concerned he was complicit in Zahra's death.

What's even more bullshit is that Elise Baker was charged with ONLY 2nd degree murder. So it implies she "accidentally" killed Zahra while ABUSING the poor innocent thing. That means she can get 50 years to life in the state of NC. However long she gets in prison, it'll NEVER make up for the life she took from Zahra.

I'm somewhat comforted with the knowledge that Zahra has both of her legs now...
