custom crank pulley...do you guys do this??

hey guys i had a local company that said they would do this for me but they f-bombed it up and then bailed...so on to the next one right lol

im building a twincharged motor utilizing a haltech standalone, built eaton m90 supercharger, and 60trim turbo

i need a 6 1/2 inch crank pulley for 4age but i need the inner section milled to accept the wide belt for the m90...and the outer section for the small toyota belt that will run my alternator and water pump....as well as a 36-1 trigger wheel for my haltech

i would do it myself but no longer have access to a lathe or cnc machine as i used to

if this seems feasable please contact me and we can discuss the specs via phone or email...of course i can send you a spare supercharger pulley so you can match the patern for the belt

i wouldnt run that big a crank pulley you would be way underdriving the waterpump and altinator and you would have to get way smaller pulleys for those to keep them up.

it would be alot more feasable to change the supercharger pulley and cheaper. if you run a modular pulley system which your going to want to in the end he could just make you the outer pulley with the smaller belt drive to match the 4ag. the smaller belt will be fine just try to get at least a 25% wrap on the pulley with your belt. mine has more like 15% and i have no slip issues.

i was hoping for a stepped pulley like they make for the gze having the outermost section factory diameter and the inner section stepped up with the large supercharger belt section at 6 1/2 diameter...

its kinda got me at a standstill rite now

as for modular pulley system i can use any pulley i want at the moment i just have to make the center hole the same size...the nose cones that came with this m90 have a keyway style pulley system identical to our crank...ive never seen that on a m90 so im guessing it was custom done
