im thinking of having like a bumper attachment mount made and a hole put into the tip of my exhaust so when i go to an event it can be like a bolt on double tip with mad angle up to my tail lights that i can just take off.

Nah, 2 much attention will be brought towards me im still only 15 i don't want to bring attention to myself lol. but yeah when i buy a welder im going to make like a Y connecting joint thing at the end and have 2 like 3.5 inch pipes tilted up coming to about the bottom of my tail lights i want to make them like a bolt on thing that i can just put on for events and meets and stuff. its going to be just a pipe coming str8 from the down pipe 2 and 1/4 inches i hope it wont be as loud as i think it will be when its near redline :?

i don't really understand what you mean by you are programming a micro to be a rev limiter.... the bee-r limiters cut the ignition instead of the fuel so that it does not hurt the engine as much or something like that, are you saying that your creating your own thing that will do the same?
