guys coming into town! not sure where y'all are hotel-ing at. but i would suggest somewhere in the downtown area? seeing as where that's where most the nightly activities go down.

also, we've got like 6 pho thaison locations, i'll figure out the deets with jonas and mike. but one of the locations is up in the general area of lime creek...

well i got free nights from the Hotel chain that we stayed at last year cause they messed up so bad and Thats what I plan on using(cause the price is right)...Me and mckenney and a few other friends will prolly be there. I will reach out to the new owners to see if I can get us a deal if thats what people want?

The Sheraton is going to be too expensive for me (and I'm sure for others).

There's the Hilton at 500 East 4th Street. Priceline.com has a single room going for $147/night at the moment.

Then there's the Doubeltree at 1617 Ih 35 North Austin, TX 78702 for $118/night as well. Literally a block away from 6th street and Emo's.

well because of the giant mess up last year for rooms i might be able to get a reduced amount. I need to know how many people were looking for rooms. The new managemetn company was ready and willing to to make it right. I have 2 nights at the 4points sheraton but i wasnt sure where we would be staying....So We need to look close to 6th street?

lol alright guys I am calling hotels in the area to see what we can do for group pricing. all in Downtown Austin. What i nee to know is head counts everyone get in touch with your firnds on the board and see whe all needs a room most of the deals are about 20-30 less a night but we have to have 10 rooms booked and that is the trend. DrOcca found priceline had the room a little cheaper but you might not get a double bed room if thats what you want. I need names and head count ASAP (people per room) so I can work the best deal. Please post up below here if i find great deal I will get personal Information from you guys later this week.

The sheraton offered me 119 a night which includes the 10 a night parking fee

The doubletree offered 115 a night to match priceline for dr.occa or 125 with continental breakfast for 2 people.comp self parking
