So I blew my head gasket yesterday and started pulling the head and to replace it. Instead Im going to refresh the whole head with new valve seals, reseat the valves and new head gasket. I was kinda surprised to see the valves looking like this. Has to be from the tri flow Im thinking.

Quite intriguing. Are the valves in the pictures paired up with the correct partners? If so, those pictures are rather informative. Hmmmm...

Actually, these are Colt Cams' Tri Flows. As far as I know, NonStopTuning had an exclusive deal with Colt Cams to sell the 4AGE Tri-Flows. Maybe that's changed and PDM Racing now sells them too.

I wanted to do a ITB setup in the future and wanted to know what the best set up for cams would be as my corolla is also my daily, I thought the PDM racing ones were good because of the duration, and "The most common problems encountered when performance camshafts are installed are the loss of bottom end torque, poor idle quality and computer problems." - PDM racing
