pull the cam gears off and see how the key ways are on the ends of the cams. one maybe broken off. it happens. happened on one of my factory 20 yr old cams (namely the exhaust cam key way).
if timing marks are all there just check cam ends behind the cam gears. was the distributor pulled for some reason when changing belts?
with that HKS belt as unforgiving as it is, it may have sheared off a key way.

hmm, when i first got my car the way i diagnosed the pump was bad was that i took the line off of the fuel filter and crank it, if it is not spilling any fuel theirs you prob and this is the fuel pump i bought.

its a 255 walbro replica at only 69.99 plus 10 dollars shipping it seems to be working great for me and save me allot of money that i would spend on a 250 dollar or so oem one.

full throttle it bogs until 4500 and then takes off like a bat out of hell
0-50% throttle it's ok
