Price depends on tires or no tires... they're black with the red pinstripe but it's painted black

Lol my painting skills are horrific so if it's not a color I like I won't buy it. And while I do like wheels XXR makes, spending 50-60$ per wheel for a decent powder coating on a $100-120 wheel doesn't make sense. I posted it up on S/W if anyone in Houston wants them since they're aggressive. Also a popular style.
