one more note on this the wier axles used in the 86 diff are basicaly the only upgraded axles available for the celica supra diff.meaning that these axles are smaller than the weir ones you've been running. but if your axles are still good you they might swap out. i dont know if wier does any further modifications to fit the axles to the 6.7 diff.this is all from what i gather.

also a ford 8.8 might be the best way to go. you can get one for 75 buck at pick u pull on sellers rd on a half price day.shortened mossier axles are around three hundred but they will never break.locker options are ubundant spools are cheap.

I looked at the 8.8 but did my celica supra diff for less...and I get to use my stock wheels. The stock diff can hold 400-500 hp from what i have gathered. Hit me up on FB ill find the email I have a lead on two of them depending how much you want to spend...Pm me your email and Ill forward you the emails so you can reach out tot he people. I have my freighted in from IL oly cost about 120$

Most places only have the celica GT rear axle which is basically whats in your corolla you have to get the celica supra rear 7.5"

trying to work on a 7.5 + corolla tubes and big axles combo but i need a 7.5 diff before i can get the ball rolling. If it doesn't work out I've been trying to find a decent used quick change of some kind or I could always go with the 8.8 but for all the work to make it fit a quick change sure would be nice

Why use corolla tubes? The axle fits nicely under the car, and they use the same axle bearings. Just need a third member for your Weir axles...

tubes on the celica supra are longer so the axles are to short also all of the brake stuff would stay the same..........but i found a couple of deals on ford 8.8 and 9's so i may go that route just because if they do break the parts will be easy to find and cheap

the Weir sc/turbo axles are long enough. the whole diff is only 15mm longer end to end. and the stock axles from the 7.5 are only 7-8mm longer than gts ones... just saying.

the spring perches have to be modded, the 4 link has to be changed, and I'd have to change my brake setup where as if i cut off the tubes and weld them on the celica housing i won't have to do any of that
