1975 Toyota Hilux Shortbed pickup $2500 DFW TX
I know this is only my second post and that looks kinda crappy, but I've lurked on here for a while in the past and want to still be a part of this forum.. I just figured you guys might appreciate this.
. I recently procured it in a trade and thought it would make the perfect work truck/old school cool ride... Well, The old school ride part was true, but I have too much junk that has to not get rained on for this to work as a work truck,..so it's on to a better owner I hope..
Anyways, it's a 1975 toyota hilux with a short bed. It's a 4 speed stick shift, and a carburated 20R engine. Get's good gas mileage, and always starts.
Comes with BRAND NEW HOOD STILL IN BOX!!!
Seats are like lazy boys lol, and I picked up a decent set of 2000 toyota celica seats that will go with the truck for asking price.
Also brand new tires.
It even comes with factory ac components installed but needs servicing. (It still had a little pressure in the lines, so it's anybody's guess what's up..) But it looks like it might be fairly easy to get AC up and running in a classic toyota..
Runs great, would be a great in town daily driver or parts getter..Suspension is firm and tight. Steering box is manual, no PS here.. (it might need adjusting to your taste of stiffness..)
Also comes with haynes repair manual and a lot of sales receipts..
1975 Toyota Hilux Shortbed
VIN:RN23006757
Mil: Odometer reads around 80k.. so could be that, or 180k or 280k..lol
Title: Blue
Tires: New
Transmission: Standard 4 speed manual
Price: $2500 (I'm more than happy to consider trade offers..)
Place: DFW
#: 469-735-31six2
Celica seats
Again, text prefered: 469-735-31six2

I lowered the price to 2300 and I'm damn sure it's worth it. I'm gonna try and convert/charge the AC and put on the new hood this week and take some more pics. What's crazy is this truck is 5x114.3, so wheels are everywhere, and it's stupid easy to lower. If you use 88' mighty max springs it lowers it a couple of inches and if you run these: http://shop.autoanything.com/suspension ... aspx?w4r=1
It tucks fender by about an inch. Then just do blocks for the back and camaro shocks front and back I believe.. tada..
It explains more here : http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/suspen ... t-up-7552/

.............................. [really] ...................................
It's spelled Carrigan... and now I'm equal parts terrified at who this is, and why you used my real life name on the internets..
And some R12 would be awesome. I didn't really want to convert, but if no one buys her, I will HAVE to work out of her, and AC is a must for an old man like me..

I had resized some for some other websites and deleted the old ones... These are the resized ones. The others ginormahuge.
Anyways, I'm gonna put one the new hood and clean up a few things today, so I will update the pics with some new ones as well when I do..

It was raining in the pics a little. There is a tiny ding on the driver's side of the hood, I'm sure dentless dent repair could take it out super cheap..
Also cleaned up the front a little more.
BTW, in case no one noticed, the wheel lug pattern is 5x114.3

I'll lower the price to $2000 and I'll keep the celica seats if that's what I have to do..
