then i guess about every topic may just end up getting locked. Orlando is the worse malefactor out of the bunch.

the method behind the "madness" of on topic threads is in case people want to reference related topics that they are interested or affects them without having to muddle through a slew of flights of fancies from unfocused minds prone to distraction.
