ignition

Post by erickz300 »

im in need of ignition stuff for my 4ac. igniter, coil, etc. i may have fried something in the igniton while messing around with a msd box i scored for free. the car did not start after messing with it(no spark). all i did was cut the two wires going into the distributer and hooked it back up and viola no spark. your help is needed in pointing me in the right direction, thanks

A very small industrial diesel, like a kabota would be badass in a little toyota truck, have it geared down low with a two speed rearend= ultimate slow tow rig.

umm, your thread got jacked fast. learn some kung fu eric to keep jackers at bay.

anyway, best thing before you decide money is always the solution (then you run out quicker than you can find it) use a multimeter and test your coil (isn't it an internal coil? i don't remember anymore). make sure you get a hold of the proper instructions on wiring the 6al to an import w/ internal/external coil and follow it correctly.
