1987 Toyota Corolla GTS Price Drop AGAIN

Well im at a cross road in my life..I love the corolla but it wont get me to my final means that I wanted. 1uz V8 with ac(yea yea I know Ac is a big killer for me). I have spent the last 2 years building this car with my the help of some good friends. I have more then my asking price in just parts on this car and I didnt cut any corners building it. The ones that know the car can vouch for it and my work. I'm open to reasonable offers but I'm not going to give the car away. The car does have a clean blue title in my name.

Interior:
Clean black and grey tweed interior (small holes in driver’s seat, previous owner had clutch master leak took color out of black carpet), black dash that isn't cracked, Center console with cup holder and no crack in cover, manual mirrors, TRD short throw shifter, TRD Shift knob, Tinted windows. The interior is complete.
Prestige 2-way alarm system (with both clickers)
Cheap head unit, MB quart component rear speakers, pioneer fronts
Custom trunk paneling

DriveTrain:
Fresh Rebuilt bigport with Chromo Rings, cleaned injectors(2000ish miles on motor) tons of new Toyota parts
TRD Wires, TRD header, Greddy Trust DD exhaust, Injen intake, 7.5” Celica Supra diff that has corolla mounts on it (500hp capable, currently open diff), blacktop flywheel w/ Exedy stage 2 clutch, Mishimoto aluminum radiator, new hoses, NST air diverter, Manual rack conversion, T3 bushing & poly Bushing, new inner and outer tie rods, Baer cross drilled and slotted rotors and hawk pads in the front, Cross drilled slotted rear rotors with hawk pads, Stainless Steel braided brake lines, AC compressor went last month(replaced all o-rings, low pressure switch, and evaporator) My spare compressor was not working so all it needs is a new compressor for AC.

EDIT: NEW AC IS ON ORDER SO THE AIR CONDITIONING WILL BE WORKING

Suspension:
Front: Megan Coilovers (less then 1000 miles), Megan camber plates, T3 roll center adjusters, Tanabe Strut bar
Rear: Megan Coilovers, T3 Panhard bar, T3 traction Brackets, poly bushings throughout car,(have Front LCA bushings not installed)

Exterior:
Clean, shiny red paint. EXCEPT for passenger side front fender has clear coat peeling on the top side. There is a small amount of clear coat peeling over the driver’s door and small dent in the hood. Car has new from Toyota (bought last year) JDM front and rear bumpers, brackets, and front corner lights, Trueno Grill, and emblem. I had a spare trunk repainted with an Origin lip spoiler. Car also has original painted trunk that will come with it. Rare factory vent shade visors (metal)

Wheels/Tires:
15x8 0 Offset XXRs
Khumo Tires 195/50/15 (maybe 300 miles on new tires)

Asking price: $9,900.00 OBO

I might be willing to hold the car but that will require a nonrefundable deposit...will consider trades as well
