you dont, but its adjustable from anywhere between 0rpm's and 10k. If you need to adjust it lower than idle, sounds like a user error, not a mfg error.
huh? i was asking because that what you where doing in the video and I wasnt sure what the purpose would be arnt you just going to set it at one rpm and leave it?

actually, i think it's quite cool in that it's much easier than say buying rev limit pils for an MSD6AL box. a separate rev limiter from your fuel management is easier to diagnose than when it's integrated should the problem lay with one or the other. you can easily isolate which is the problem.
