Anime Matsuri (which I'll be taking my kids to) and Round 1 of the Lonestar Drift season is all around the same time here in Houston. Financially it won't work for me to go anywhere outside of Houston this time around.

what is the dates for anime matsure and lonestar drift? If the two dates are close enough to each other, it may be a good way to drag my fiance down to a drift event without her wanting to murder me lol

It could perhaps be a Saturday meet and people could go to Lonestar Drift on Sunday.

From everyone's schedules this is looking a bit more of a workable weekend. On the other hand we do have some time before it gets close.

Hell I might go if there's a cruise involved, I've always wanted to visit lime rock or hill country...

Problem is it's a bit far for me. Not sure if my car could make it.

Then again I did drive about 180 miles round trip just to visit some twisties lol

thats going to be cutting it close for the 3 swaps I am helping with. I will be a maybe as the toyota jamboree off road event is in early May so funds are going there currently.

So March is coming up on us...and i'm hoping that more and more people will get their cars running...

Lonestar Drift Round 1 is Sunday, March 24.

Sundays, unfortunately for me, is the day that i get to drive home after breakfast/brunch.

I'm going to throw Friday Night & Saturday in Austin, and if anyone wants to go to Houston Sunday morning, they're more than welcomed to.

Also, right now, all this is tentative for me. I'm close to buying a house in March, and if that happens, then i'll probably be busy with that mess in March.
