Coolant line rerouting needed on the 20v swap

Sorta on the same topic, I was wondering about the Coolant line rerouting needed on the 20v swap. Is there a cheap and easy way to do it that looks decently done or is that T3 kit the best way to go. Its a little pricey is the only reason im asking.

There's SQ Engineering's 20v H20/Coolant routing kit. Very affordable. Here it is in the Commercial Sales section.
