+1 although I do think that at this point, the cars project D is going up against is getting ridiculous. Next thing you know, they will be racing lambos on the touge. Doesn't mean I don't love it!

ok this just came to mind. remember when takumi was racing the miata with the wind? then he noticed a difference in the way the miata driver was taking turns when the wing broke. then takumi turned off his headlights looking like a light bulb went off for aerodynamics lol. does this mean there is a levin swap in the next season? foreshadowing maybe?

^lol Well the way things stand, there doesn't appear to be another season in the works. People in the know are hearing rumors of a movie or OVA but it's a toss up right now. The episodes have pretty much caught up to the manga that it is based on and it looks like the company behind the manga is also gonna wrap it up. The writing appears on the wall for the series. We do have to remember that it's been running on and off for about 15 years so it was a good ride.

I think Takumi's trueno is just too iconic to change anything. I mean, if they haven't even changed the wanatabes, I doubt they will do a front end swap. If we are considering aerodynamics, I'd like to see an N2 kit on that sucker.
