updated pics:
the lip is from a 90's volvo (i'm not sure so don't quote me on that). i had to make it fit. it's ok. it at least gives me an idea of what it'll look like with a lower line profile.
it works for now.

Xmas arrived early!
I asked Mr. NST Mike about the silver collar on the crank pulley and he stated that they designed the 3/2TC Crank Pulley w/ a pressed on ss collar since it will be exposed to constant friction w/ the oil seal and be exposed to oil. he was a bit concerned w/ the fact that because aluminum is a soft metal, the environment the pulley will be in could eventually cause a serious failure. so they kept w/ the oem's design in regards to the collar but instead of regular steal went w/ stainless.

I too asked Mike why it had that collar. NST makes perfectly executed parts
