N2 race

Can't we use stock tranny's? I dont think I can afford a set of close gears. IF thats what its stating.
But now that I think about it, those are the limits.... but how can you limit a gear ratio?

Well that is not the standard but the list of parts/spec that allowed for each group.
Does it mean anything below that standard is allowed ?
