bio diesel is not very friendly with those bosch injector pumps. They are designed to work with high sulfur diesel. at 700 a pop those injector pumps do become pricey. /THREAD THEIF
Nice corolla! I think you couldn't have gotten a better daily driver if you tried.

inspite of my thread getting re-directed and you and me passing like ships in the night, i did get home w/o issue. after moving a few wires in the dash and under the hood, got the starter to come on. the ignitor was hot! it probably wasn't liking the plugs and ancient wires (they were rock hard when i finally put in new ones - NGK plugs and wires are tops!). car likes.nt66 wrote:jonas did you make it back? sorry I failed at getting over to you I hope your not still stuck on the side of the road
thanks though will.
anyway, rear bearings arrived 2 days ago (clearance sale for both sides off of rockauto.com - $36 shipped!).
NGK wires arrived yesterday and are now in.
13" Grant leather steering wheel on the way (picked up the install kit from a nearby autozone. looks like the kit had been sitting on the shelf for quite a while from all the dust on it).
new front rotors going in this weekend ($13 each - solid rotors though).
EMPI stinger swivel exhaust on its way. The exhaust will get done up maybe during the following week or weekend.
H4 conversion housings w/ bulbs on the way.
