I found someone using instant gasket on a fuel sending unit on a fork lift... Sometimes I ask myself why would someone do that...



There are several O rings on a 4age injector, 2 10 or 12 mm bolts holding the fuel rail down but be careful those spacers under those bolts should be saved and reused if possible. I had a small O ring leak on one of my injectors, and another leak from one injector not properly seated. I always like lubing the O rings with a tiny bit of tranny fluid to help them slide in quicker with a lower chance of binding the seal.

Speaking of fixing leaks... alex, didnt you find a helicoil welded to a spark plug on one of your cars?

This thread is about leaks. Air escaping a combustion chamber is a leak.... How don't you see this.
