i haven't looked into it too much but re-calibrating the MC when removing the booster should not be a problem. pin travel adjustment is built into most BMCs but limited being that they are mostly over the counter designs. pedal leverage/axis point can be changed to increase the necessary force to apply the extra load that the driver's foot will be taking on.
other methods would be aftermarket pedals w/ larger bodies and/or going with calipers sporting multiple pistons.
anyway, so long as the interest is there, i'm certain new performance enhancing components will make their way to the light from the labs of NST.
but for now, one thing at a time.
