So far, the t50 is holding up. Arturo did a wonderful job assembling her back together. Arturo also found out something interesting about the slave cylinder in our cars.

One of the main reason my clutch pedal has been so high is due to this guy:



Interestingly enough, Arturo compared my old one to his. The findings - body length differences: my old one 72 mm, Arturo's 68mm.

Well guess what the local Auto-part stores carry?

Yup! Same as my old one = body length was 72mm

One way to tell without measuring. Location of the holes and bleeder. I couldn't tell at first until Arturo pointed in out!

Here's the new one: 68mm body length



For some reason, the local auto-part stores have this for the previous generation corolla!


Good news though for us, it's 25% - 50% cheaper!

The Levin may be coming up for sale. Reasons??? My wife and I are planning on putting a down payment for a house this year. I do not have the time to finish the car anytime soon due to my busy schedule.

A couple of folks have requested what is in the car, and here is a parts list with price reflections of them. I am not expecting to get half of what has been spent buy the previous owner and I on the Levin - so do not hesitate to make offers. Tax season is upon us, and who knows - I may just take your offer!

What it needs??? The Levin has a lot of new parts and is running, but there's work to be done! Primarily a tune, body - paint and possibly interior work?

wow that sucks to see it go. i got in to my house with no down payment.they even paid my realtors costs. just had to have 10 grand in the bank to show some financial responsability. got a loan through countrywide on a kbhome. roughly $150,000. the 10 grand was gone two days after approval. my credit sucked at the time. around a 650. no co signer.
