i have this reburbed wheel for sale. stripped the torn leather off(might still have it too, if you want it for a template on making a new one at an upholstry shop) and found the wheel underneath was blue. took it completly apart, stripped the paint off. re-did the spokes in silver, and used SEM products for the wheel part, painted it in satin black after using the SEM cleaner and primer. comes with horn button which has a half of tab missing from the top 2 locking tabs. still stays in place fine.
