I have a 4ac with a weber carb, I read online that the carb likes between 3 and 4 psi of fuel and based on the manual the stock pump pumps out about 6 psi. The car has been running a little rich so I was wondering if I might be pumping too much.
Anyhow, someone suggested that I get a fuel regulator and pressure gauge, Im new to this and was wondering if anyone can maybe explain to me a little more about them and how they work, the difficulty of installation, and possibly their opinion on if its worth it to install on my car.
Also, is it worth it to replace the 4ac mechanical fuel pump with an electric? Thank you for all your help
