What would the ending curb weight be? like 1000lbs? 2-500kg? Something like that? I mean... no gas tank. No extra BS... It is like going carburated with out the fuel tank... How do you add HP? :? Add a flux capasitator? Or a mini arc reactor right?
____________
Thanks again,
Dorikun

so do you use a clutch on this set up? it does look cool. i would fill in the extra engine bay space with the bateries to keep the cars weight close to stock.

all of them i have seen do not need the use of a clutch, you just shift normally.

he put a clutch on it. there was a slave cylinder. I probably read too much into it. But I saw a clutch and slave.

full trq from the get go.

just look at any r/c electric car.

then x24 or x32 or whatever the full scale comparison would be.

This would be the ultimate. Me and my buddy in NC were about 3 seconds from doing this to a ranger.

And correct, full torque from the start.

Some traction motors have soooo much power, they say not to "dry fire" them on a test stand because you stand the chance of shearing the shaft from the acceleration and it not being supported by anything.

motor and controller aren't that expensive, its the batteries that will put a dent in you bank account.
