can anybody walk me through how to do it. ( location of deep stick can't seem to find it? :roll: tnx in advance. ohhh and how many quart or quarts does it need?

no trans dipstick. you'll have to unscrew the fill bolt ( it's the one above the lower DRAIN bolt ). if you have enough trans fluid already in, it'll start seeping out from the fill bolt as soon as you open it enough. if not, put your finger in and see how far below the fill hole the fluid is. oh yeah, make sure the car is level.

1. drain the gear box
2. put the drain plug back in
3. pick up 1 or 2 bottles of pennzoil syncromesh and a pump nozzle with a hose attachment
4. remove the fill plug
5. start pumping in the syncromesh you bought
6. when the fluid starts to seep out of the fill hole in a laminar style (steady, unbroken stream) put the fill plug back in ( no hurry, you don't want to cross thread it back in ).

you're done.

thanks dr.ooca thats what i need a breakdown how to. will be changing the oil this weekend.

you can also fill the tranny if you take out the shifter...

but id say try the fill bolt first.

Been busy didnt get to do it yet. Need to do it Tom. Anybody knows where I can buy pennzoil syncromesh at? Need to change all my fluids going to run autocross event this weekend. And any tips on suspension and tire set up...ordered tires should be here Tom got 195/50 15 direzza dz101.
