this is the car i built in 2005, which coincidentally looked EXACTLY like that car when i started the build...in fact if its a 74 its even the same year...to top it off it had the same wheels but in black instead of gold.
i bought it for 1800 bucks and drove it home...good times
i would love to put a 1uz in one...those cars handle really well for such an old chassis
yeah i thought it was a good deal, its a 73 and in cali with no smog on it, its a hard to find item. paid 2000 for it ( too much ) and found everything on it was screwed. wheel studs had standard nuts on them, strut hats were welded in, battery tied in with a shoe lace, all the wiring was just twist tied and taped, the carbs were full of rust from the tank. the list just went on forever. the PO took the worst care of it, and i know becuase i personally knew the 2nd and 3rd owner. teh guy i got it from was number 4. and he just destroyed it. ive put nearly 5k in it just bringing it to what you see in that pic ( besides me running over the front lip)
its just been a mojor loss for me.
